BVDU College of Architecture, Pune organized an Orientation Session on Gender Sensitization & POSH Awareness for First Year students.

The session was conducted by Ms. Nirmala Bhakre, MSW, Senior Project Officer at Yardi CSR and certified POSH Trainer, who shared valuable insights on gender equality, respectful behaviour, and the importance of creating safe and inclusive academic and professional environments.

Students were introduced to the key aspects of the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and encouraged to understand their rights and responsibilities in maintaining a respectful campus culture.

The session was organized under the Centre for Inclusive Design and Research (CIDR) at BVDUCOA.

A memorable celebration at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture, Pune, filled with knowledge, inspiration, and pride!
