Beauty Products Exposed: तुमच्या Skin Cream मध्ये काय लपलंय? | Face Cream वापरण्यापूर्वी हे नक्की बघा

🎙️ हा विषय आम्ही कल्याणी उमराणी यांच्या सोबतच्या Podcast मध्ये सविस्तरपणे चर्चिला आहे.

आजकाल सुंदर त्वचा मिळवण्यासाठी अनेकजण वेगवेगळ्या face creams, fairness creams आणि beauty products वापरतात. जाहिरातींमध्ये हे products त्वचा गोरी, चमकदार आणि तरुण दिसण्यासाठी मदत करतात असे सांगितले जाते. पण तुम्ही कधी विचार केला आहे का की या cream मध्ये नेमकं काय असतं? 🤔

काही वेळा या products मध्ये असे chemicals असतात जे त्वचेसाठी दीर्घकाळात हानिकारक ठरू शकतात. म्हणूनच कोणतीही face cream वापरण्यापूर्वी तिच्या घटकांबद्दल माहिती असणे खूप महत्त्वाचे आहे.

🧴 अनेक beauty creams मध्ये खालील घटक असू शकतात:
• Parabens – preservatives म्हणून वापरले जातात, पण काही संशोधनानुसार ते hormonal imbalance शी जोडले जाऊ शकतात.
• Sulfates – त्वचेतील नैसर्गिक तेल कमी करू शकतात, ज्यामुळे त्वचा कोरडी आणि संवेदनशील होऊ शकते.
• Artificial Fragrance – काही लोकांना allergy किंवा irritation होऊ शकते.

⚠️ काही स्वस्त fairness creams मध्ये Mercury सारखे धोकादायक घटक आढळलेले आहेत. Mercury त्वचेला तात्पुरता उजळपणा देऊ शकतो, पण दीर्घकाळ वापरल्यास त्वचेचे नुकसान, pigmentation आणि इतर आरोग्य समस्या निर्माण होऊ शकतात.

तसेच काही creams मध्ये Steroids मिसळलेले असतात. सुरुवातीला त्वचा खूप smooth आणि fair दिसते, पण काही काळानंतर त्वचा पातळ होणे, pimples वाढणे आणि sensitivity वाढणे यासारखे दुष्परिणाम दिसू शकतात.

✅ म्हणून कोणतीही cream वापरण्यापूर्वी:
• Ingredients list नक्की वाचा
• Dermatologically tested products निवडा
• Paraben-free आणि trusted brands वापरा
• शक्य असल्यास dermatologist चा सल्ला घ्या

🌿 Natural ingredients असलेले products किंवा साधी skincare routine अनेक वेळा त्वचेसाठी अधिक फायदेशीर ठरते.

✨ लक्षात ठेवा – सुंदर त्वचा फक्त creams मुळे मिळत नाही.
✔️ योग्य आहार
✔️ पुरेसे पाणी
✔️ चांगली झोप
✔️ सूर्यप्रकाशापासून संरक्षण

✨ An Insightful Learning Visit at Our Salon & Spa ✨

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting 100+ Interior Designing students from Ferguson College, along with their respected faculty members, at our salon & spa.

The visit was specially curated to help students understand how a salon & spa is designed beyond aesthetics—with a strong focus on functionality, user comfort, and practical workflow.

During the session, we discussed and demonstrated:
✔️ User-friendly salon & spa layouts
✔️ Ideal bed sizes, chair dimensions, and back cushion ergonomics
✔️ Lighting requirements for makeup, beauty, hairdressing, and spa areas
✔️ Zoning of different services and space planning
✔️ Practical considerations that go into designing a working salon & spa, not just a visual one

It was truly encouraging to see the students observe, ask questions, and understand how design directly impacts client comfort, therapist efficiency, and business success.

We are grateful to Ferguson College and the faculty for this wonderful opportunity to bridge the gap between interior design education and real-world salon & spa operations.
