With over 28 years of experience in HR, Mr. Sharma has led transformative people initiatives at Aarti Industries, with a strong focus on employee engagement, leadership, talent development and organisational growth. He has also played a key role in Aarti Industries’ 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) recognition.

SCMHRD hosted the IICA - WNS Vibrant CSR, ESG & Sustainability Event and Certificate Distribution Ceremony, bringing together industry leaders, faculty and students to celebrate learning and responsible leadership.

A key highlight was the presentation of certificates to the batch of students from Infrastructure Development and Management (IDM), marking a meaningful milestone in their learning journey. The occasion reinforced the importance of corporate social responsibility, environmental stewardship and ethical governance in building sustainable infrastructure and shaping future business leaders.
