• Entrepreneurship Development Cell-to promotes entrepreneurship among students.
• Research Cell-various surveys and research projects undertaken.
• Consultancy cell-provides training to corporate and outside world.
• Women’s Study centre- social activities related to women are carried out.
• Innovative teaching methods like audio-visuals, role-plays, simulation exercises used.
• Students encouraged to undertake different activities as part of Students Council

The vision is to develop a centre for management excellence exclusively for women. Long term goals:
• To build management careers for women graduating from the Institute.
• To assist and motivate women managers and business women for success in their endeavors.
• To identify role models for budding women executives.
• To provide a forum for cooperation and exchange of ideas among women executives.
• To develop a knowledge centre for women executives with up-to-date data and research
facility. Short term goals:
• To develop among young women, knowledge, attitude and skills required for managerial positions through teaching and other activities.
• To identify career avenues for women and support the MBA students of the Institute to take their place in industry.
• To enhance managerial abilities to ensure career development among employed women.
• To encourage self reliance and business entrepreneurship among the management students.
