TEAMWORK REIMAGINED
•The definition of ‘Teamwork’ according to me would be ‘a process of working collaboratively to achieve a common aim or goal’.
•Teamwork is a basic ethic that needs to be inculcated in one’s life to achieve some specific goals. In everyday life we depend on each other, every step you take depends upon the people surrounding you.
•In corporate world people work towards a common aim and hence having a common aim enables then to come under one roof and do something better for society and their companies.
•The symbol attached with this post represents group of people coming together for a common cause. The different colors indicate people from everywhere coming together irrespective of gender, caste, s*x, community, language and other barriers that prevent people to open up and work freely.
•Teamwork has become a common word now days. People are following it, believing in it to achieve something or the other in their lives.
•I would like to take teamwork on a next higher step, where I reimagine teamwork for the betterment world and humanity.
•In the link of video given below Mr. Kevin Cahill takes teamwork to whole different level. Click on the YouTube link to explore teamwork on whole new level.

•Two Most Important things that I think for an efficient and successful teamwork are:
1. AIM: You need to have a clear and common aim if you are working in an organization or a team so that people will collaborate equally and achieve the aim. Different aims will allow people to different destinations, and people will think differently which we don’t want in a team. To achieve a common good we must have a common and clear understanding of aim in our team.
2. ‘WE THINKING’: The phenomenon in which people will think collectively for each other and think about the society as well to work and overcome the difficulties faced by them.
Thus this ‘WE THINKING’ as explained my Mr. Kevin Cahill that Japan collectively worked towards its development. If at that point of time ‘Toyota’ would have worked for its own benefits then Japan would might have been ended in ruins. Japanese took responsibility and they developed. During the crisis they learnt that their intrinsic thinking and capabilities were rushed up high enough. As said:
"A CRISIS BRINGS OUT THE BEST IN US"
Japanese learnt and they evolved, such that even if they face such kind of situation they will come up, which indeed happened. Japan was hit by tsunami’s which almost ruined half of the country. They came up and are now indeed one of the leading countries in the world.
•The ‘WE THINKING’ Spirit has to be ignited with the clear understanding of ‘AIM’ to achieve goals and success.
