Farewell 2026 Celebration

The Farewell 2026 warmly organized on 18th April 2026 by the First Year (F.Y.) and Second Year (S.Y.) students of M.A. Rangoonwala Institute of Hotel Management & Research, Pune to bid a heartfelt goodbye to their beloved seniors.

The event was filled with joy, emotions, and vibrant energy, featuring a variety of cultural activities that showcased the talents and creativity of the students. A special highlight of the समारोह was the distribution of mementos by the Principal Madam, as a token of appreciation and remembrance for the graduating students.

The program also included the annual prize distribution, recognizing students for their achievements and contributions throughout the year. A cake-cutting ceremony added to the celebratory spirit, making the occasion even more memorable.

Adding a personal touch, the junior students thoughtfully prepared refreshments for their seniors, reflecting their affection and gratitude.

The farewell was a perfect blend of celebration and emotion, creating lasting memories and wishing the outgoing batch great success in their future endeavors. ✨

On 14th April 2026, NSS volunteers, students, and staff of M.A. Rangoonwala Institute of Hotel Management and Research, Pune, actively participated in a rally to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.
The rally was flagged off at 8:30 a.m. by Abeda P. Inamdar, President of M.C.E. Society, MME&RC in the presence of Prof. Irfan Shaikh ,Secretary- M.C.E.Society ,Mr.Iftekar P. Inamdar, Joint Secretary- M.C.E. Society and other Governing Board Members of M.C.E. Society. Heads of various institutes, teaching and non teaching staff, and students from all institutions of Azam Campus were present for the rally.

Students and faculty members of M. A. Rangoonwala Institute of Hotel Management and Research Pune actively participated in the No Drugs Volunteer Campaign held at Azam Campus on 7th April 2026 . The initiative aimed to spread awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle among youth.
The campaign featured an engaging interaction with Mr. Amitesh Kumar, Commissioner of Police, Pune, who inspired students through a direct dialogue session. The program was chaired by Mrs. Abeda P. Inamdar, President- M.C.E. Society.
The event was further graced by distinguished dignitaries including Prof.Muzaffar P. Shaikh, Vice President- M.C.E.Society, Prof. Irfan J. Shaikh, Secretary-M.C.E. Society, Mr.Iftekar P. Inamdar, Joint Secretary- M.C.E. Society, other Governing Board members of M.C.E. Society, Ms. Rajlaxmi Shivankar, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ranjan Kumar Sharma, Joint Commissioner of Police, Mr. Nikhil Pingale Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP)-Crime Branch,Mr. Manoj Patil, Additional Commissioner of Police,Ms. Sangeeta Shinde, Assistant Commissioner of Police, and along with the Heads ,Teaching and Non teaching staff and students of institutions of the Azam Campus.
