Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune, conducted Mock Interview Sessions for the MBA Marketing Batch of 2025–27 as part of its placement preparation initiatives.

The sessions were facilitated by our distinguished alumnus, Mr. Ayush Dayal (MBA – Marketing & Operations, 2008–10), currently serving as Area Head – Central South Europe at A.P. Moller–Maersk.

Through personalised mock interviews and constructive feedback, students gained valuable insights into structuring responses, presenting their academic and professional experiences effectively, demonstrating business awareness, and approaching interviews with greater confidence.

We sincerely thank Mr. Ayush Dayal for sharing his time, experience and industry insights. The continued support of the SIMS alumni network plays an integral role in strengthening students’ preparedness for the corporate world.

Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune, successfully hosted a comprehensive session on Finance Aptitude, Mock Group Discussions, and Personal Interviews (GD-PI) for students of Semester I and Semester III of the batches of 2026 and 2025, respectively.

As part of the placement preparation drive, these sessions provided practical GD-PI exposure to enhance communication skills, ensuring students are thoroughly prepared to navigate corporate recruitment effectively.

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Rohit Ready, Founder & CEO, EiPi Media and SIMS alumnus (Batch of 2005), and Nikhil Chabbria - Chief Executive Officer | AI Vertical at EiPi Media back to campus for the inaugural session of this initiative. 🎓

“They may kill me, but they cannot kill my ideas.” - Bhagat Singh

SIMS Pune commemorated the 80th Independence Day with a heartfelt celebration of freedom and sacrifice.

The morning began with the hoisting of the tricolour, followed by a soulful rendition of Vande Mataram, energetic dance performances, and a moving skit portraying the tragedy of Jallianwala Bagh and the sacrifices of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev.

Through every performance, we honoured the heroes who gave everything for the freedom we cherish today.
