Patil in the year 1990 with a vision to provide a value-added educational platform to society. Patil College of Architecture & Design was started in 2014 at its Nigdi (Akurdi) Campus. History is shaped by great leaders, but behind every great leader stands a source of wisdom, values, and vision. Rajmata Jijau was the guiding force who nurtured the character and ideals of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

She instilled in him the principles of justice, courage, self-respect, compassion, leadership, and commitment to the welfare of society. More than a mother, she was an educator, mentor, and architect of values that contributed to the foundation of Swarajya.

In the modern educational landscape, academic excellence must be complemented by character building, ethical thinking, and social responsibility. Rajmata Jijau’s life continues to inspire educators and students alike to view education as a tool for creating responsible citizens and visionary leaders.

६ जून १६७४ हा दिवस केवळ छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांच्या राज्याभिषेकाचा नव्हता, तर स्वाभिमान, सुशासन, दूरदृष्टी आणि लोककल्याणकारी विचारांच्या नव्या युगाचा प्रारंभ होता.

महाराजांनी स्थापन केलेले हिंदवी स्वराज्य हे केवळ पराक्रमाचे प्रतीक नव्हते, तर न्याय, शिस्त, नेतृत्व, शिक्षण आणि समाजहित या मूल्यांवर आधारित आदर्श शासनव्यवस्था होती.
