Mental health is vital for our well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act.
Taking care of our mental health is as important as caring for our physical health. It's okay to seek help when we're struggling. Talking to someone we trust
can make a big difference.

Engaging in activities we enjoy and practicing relaxation techniques can also help. We should pay attention to our emotions and not ignore them. Building supportive relationships and setting realistic goals can promote good mental health. Remember, it's okay to not be okay sometimes, and seeking support is a sign of strength.
