Biotechnology is said to be one of the world’s newest and most important branch of the 21st century. The history shows biotechnology is in existence with the evolution of life. The field is growing very fast and creating high impact on the daily life. Biotechnology making our life more comfortable and risk free by its applications in field of Medicines, Pharmaceuticals, Nanotechnology, Engineering & Technology, Fermentation, Bioprocess Engineering, Food & beverages industry and so on. The list is very long and we can only say that it is everywhere. Biotechnology plays major role in research & innovations which is associated with all the branches of Science & technology to develop novel technologies for the society at large. The increasing threat of global environment pollution motivates researchers worldwide to address social, economical and ecological challenges. To address these challenges exploiting possibilities in modern and novel biotechnological approaches is of immense use. In recent years, the biotechnological advancements in the use of biotechnology based methodologies have immensely increased. The basic biotechnological operations lies into manipulation of genes, proteins, living organisms, microorganisms and their constructive use; for benefit of life, human and society on planet. This national level seminar aims to provide a challenging conclave and sparkling moment for scientists, academicians and industrialists to share their true findings and inspire budding scientific minds to confront future challenges in the flourishing area of Biotechnology and its allied fields. Abstracts are invited for oral presentations in the technical sessions of the seminar. Abstracts (300 words; MS word format, Times new Roman; 12 font size, Topic bold 12 font size; Presenter name must be underlined and 3-5 key words) can be sent by e-mail to [email protected] along with mobile number and contact details of the corresponding as well as presenting author on/before last date. Authors of accepted abstracts have to submit full length papers of maximum 05 pages on/before deadline. The full length paper (MS word format, Times New Roman Font; 12 font size; 1.5 line spacing, divided into Abstract 300 words with 3-5 key words, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Result and Discussion, Conclusion followed by References sections) can also sent by e-mail to [email protected] along with mobile number and contact details of the corresponding as well as presenting author on/before last date. Poster submissions may describe recently completed work, highly relevant results of work in progress, or successful systems and applications, in all areas of Biotechnology. Poster submissions must be in English. The submission must include a 2-page abstract (300 words; MS word format, Times new Roman; 12 font size, Topic bold 12 font size; Presenter name must be underlined and 3-5 key words), plus a draft of the final poster. Please be aware that the poster draft is mandatory. Please prepare your poster in either portrait or landscape format with the following dimensions: 32" x 40" (82cm x 102cm). In order to maintain interactive and exciting poster presentations, at least one presenter per accepted poster is required to attend the seminar. All submitted materials must be in MS word format with embedded fonts. Two-page abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings and therefore must be formatted according to seminar guidelines. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation with Food will be arranged at nominal cost of Rs.500.00 per day only to the delegates in the University campus on sharing basis. The accommodation will be provided on first come first serve basis from 27/07/2016 to 30/07/2016. Raipur has a number of hotels with tariff ranging from INR 2000/- to INR 10,000/- a day.
