IIM Raipur successfully concluded the three-day Women Leadership Excellence Program for women leaders of NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NIELIT), held from 5th to 7th May 2026. The program brought together participants from multiple business units with the objective of strengthening strategic leadership capabilities and enabling leaders to navigate complex organizational challenges in an evolving business environment.
The program focused on key dimensions of leadership development, including leadership styles, emotional intelligence, stress and crisis management, decision-making, interpersonal communication, coaching and mentoring, inclusive work culture, team building, and personal leadership action planning.
Designed with an interactive and application-oriented approach, the learning journey included management games, case analyses, experiential workshops, reflective discussions, psychological testing, and action-learning activities that bridged theory with real-world leadership practice.
The program was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Sanjeev Prashar, along with distinguished faculty members who curated and coordinated the curriculum to ensure holistic leadership development.
The valedictory session was graced by Dr. Prof. Madan Mohan Tripathi, where participant achievements and key program takeaways were acknowledged and celebrated.
Through such impactful management development initiatives, IIM Raipur continues to foster future-ready leadership and organizational excellence.
