IIM Raipur has successfully concluded the Leadership Summit 2026, culminating in a powerful roadmap for the next era of corporate strategy.

Through intensive panel discussions, industry veterans and future managers dismantled the pressing challenges facing modern enterprises, from integrating AI as a collaborative colleague to fostering genuinely inclusive leadership and transitioning ESG into a profit-driving strategy.

The event was brought to a memorable close by our esteemed valedictory guest, Mr. Govil Aggarwal, Associate Director, Talent Strategy Consulting at Marsh(erstwhile Mercer Consulting). His concluding address perfectly captured the core mandate of the summit: the need to adapt to technological disruption, embrace diverse perspectives, and remain agile in a rapidly changing world.

The summit may have ended, but the mandate to build businesses that last is clearer than ever.
