🚨 Big Shock for B. Pharma Holders from Supreme Court Again!
The Supreme Court has once again dealt a major blow to B. Pharma degree holders.
In a significant verdict, the Supreme Court upheld the Patna High Court’s decision and ruled that B. Pharma qualification is equivalent only to Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) for job purposes.
The Court clarified that for the post of Pharmacist, only D. Pharma is the valid and primary qualification. B. Pharma holders cannot claim higher eligibility based on their degree alone.
This judgment has dashed the hopes of many B. Pharma students and professionals who were expecting better job opportunities or higher posts.

Back / Supplementary / Re-appear Session Available
Date: 28 March 2026
All concerned students of D.Pharm Session 2024-26 (1st Year / Part-I) are hereby informed that the Back / Supplementary Theory Examinations have been scheduled by the Diploma-in-Pharmacy Examination Committee, Jharkhand.
As per the official order (Ref: D.Pharm/114/2026 dated 23/03/2026), the Theory Examinations for New Course (Session 2024-26) will be conducted in two sittings as per the following schedule:

Students who have backlogs / failed / re-appear in any subject of 1st Year (Session 2024-26) can appear in this examination.
Eligible students must immediately contact the College Examination In-charge / Principal for filling the examination form, fee payment and other formalities.
Admit cards and detailed instructions regarding examination centre will be issued shortly.
Practical examinations schedule (if applicable) will be notified separately.
Note:
Students are advised to clear their back papers at the earliest to avoid any delay in course completion and further registration.
