On 6th May, 2024, a Book Bank was inaugurated in the Department of Commerce, Rangapara College By HoD and other faculty members of the Dept. This noble concept of creating reading habits among students is initiated by *Subhajit Dey, President , RCSU 2023-24* along with support being the B.Com 6th sem students.

The main object of the 'Little Free Library' is "TAKE A BOOK AND LEAVE A BOOK" with the motive of stimulating reading habits and to encourage the sharing and exchange of books among the students.

To encourage this motive of " Little Free Library", all the students of 6th semester of the Commerce Department have voluntarily extended financial help in purchase of good books. The book self for the library is donated by B.COM 6th sem students .

For smooth functioning of issuing books and maintaining records, a committee of students has been formed who will be actively working on the project.

Assam team at the National Integration Camp held at Chowdhury Charan Singh Post Graduate College in Saifai, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh from 11th to 17th March. Today is the first day of the 16-member team, including two volunteers from Pandu College under Gauhati University, two from Tezpur College, two from Chatia College and four volunteers from Rangapara College, as well as six from Madhavdev University in Narayanpur, who got a chance instead of Arunachal Pradesh.
