As part of our Leadership Lecture Series - Cognizance, we are proud to present our second guest speaker for the academic year 2022-2023, Mr. Ruchir Jhingran.

Mr. Ruchir Jhingran is the Vice President and Head of HR for the Personal Care Business Division of ITC. An HRM graduate of SCMHRD Pune, he joined ITC in 2004 and has a tenure spanning 18 years.
He has worked across the field and corporate roles in Employee Relations and Talent Management with several notable projects like implementation of a VRS and green factory. His broad interests include Public Speaking, Theatre and Reading.
