The Dean of Resources and Alumni Affairs (DORA) IIT Roorkee extends its heartiest congratulations to Dr. Sudha Yadav (M.Sc. 1987, Ph.D. 1992), distinguished alumna, on her appointment as the Hon'ble Governor of Karnataka.

On this special occasion, K.K. Pant, Director, IIT Roorkee, accompanied by Yogesh Sharma, Dean of Resources and Alumni Affairs, and Dr. L. P. Singh, distinguished alumnus, felicitated Dr. Yadav on behalf of the Institute.

IIT Roorkee extends its heartiest congratulations to Dr. Sudha Yadav (M.Sc. 1987, Ph.D. 1992), distinguished alumna of the Department of Chemistry, University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), on her appointment as the Hon'ble Governor of Karnataka by the Hon'ble President of India.

On behalf of the Institute, Prof. Kamal Kishore Pant, Director, IIT Roorkee, meet Dr. Yadav to felicitate and honour her on this distinguished appointment. He was accompanied by Prof. Yogesh Sharma, Dean of Resources and Alumni Affairs, IIT Roorkee and Dr. L. P. Singh, alumnus of IIT Roorkee and Director General, National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB and EC member IITRAA).

From the chemistry laboratories of Roorkee to the Parliament of India, and now to Raj Bhavan, Bengaluru, Dr. Yadavs journey reflects a life of resilience, scholarship and public service, and stands as an inspiration for every student and alumni of this Institute.
