The HR Conclave at DoMS, IIT Roorkee concluded with profound sessions and an engaging panel discussion.

Ms. Loly Vadassery illuminated the significance of Conscious Leadership, while Ms. Vertika Vaish (She/Her/Hers) offered valuable insights on Corporate Communication. Mr. Pranay Prakash explored the theme Break the Rules: Learn and Disrupt, and Mr. sachin phansikar discussed Industry Expectations from Managers.

We also hosted a thought-provoking panel discussion on “Professional Development and Employee Retention: Building a Strong Workforce” with Mr. Sachin Phansikar, Mr. Chandraprakash Jain and Dr. Pradyumna Pandey.

What an incredible start to Pragati 1.0 at DoMS, IIT Roorkee!

The opening ceremony, led by HOD, Rajat Agrawal, and the DoMS faculty, set an inspiring tone for the event. Day 1 was filled with impactful sessions: Mr. Chandraprakash Jain delved into AI’s role in HR, Mr. Amaresh Singh shared strategies for leading organizational change, and Mr. Gaurish Wagh offered insights on essential workplace skills.

We wrapped up with a dynamic panel discussion featuring Loly Vadassery, Vertika Vaish (She/Her/Hers), and Pranay Prakash exploring cutting-edge HR and DEI strategies.
