🥗 WHY DOES THE SAME DIET WORK DIFFERENTLY FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE? 🤔

Ever wondered why a diet works wonders for one person but delivers different results for another? The answer may lie in how uniquely our bodies respond to food! 🧬

Factors such as genetics, physical activity, gut bacteria, stress and sleep can influence how our bodies process food. Even when two people follow the same diet, their bodies may respond differently, including variations in blood sugar levels.

💡 It’s not always about trying harder. It may be about finding what works for your body.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Understanding your individual needs is an important step towards making informed food choices and building healthier habits.

❤️ Stop comparing your plate. Start understanding your body.

For personalised dietary guidance, consult a qualified nutrition professional.
