At Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab, we believe that education is a shared journey. On April 15, we held our Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) at the University School of Engineering and Technology (USET). 🏢

IBM-LTSU leadership met to explore new horizons 🌟

Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab's leadership team, led by Prof Dr A S Chawla, VC, Vimal Manotra, Chief Executive Officer, and Prof H P S Dhami, Executive Dean, met with IBM India leaders at Bangalore. The meeting was hosted by IBM at their Bangalore office and attended by:
- Mr Jagadisha Bhat, Country Manager Technology Expert Labs, IBM India
- Hari Ramasubhramanian, Leader Business Development & Client Relationship, IBM
- Viqaruddin Surki, Delivery Head, IBM Innovation Centre for Excellence
- Ms. Jayashree Padmanabhan, Regional Lead (South) IBM ICE
- Ms. Deeksha Nandekar, Business Operations IBM ICE

Discussions focused on strengthening partnerships and exploring new opportunities for collaboration in AI, technology, and innovation. Both IBM and LTSU leadership discussed new developments in the IT industry and agreed to equip students with advanced technology as per industry needs.

LTSU Punjab is successfully offering B.Tech CSE with specialization in AIML, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and IoT in collaboration with IBM. The program's uniqueness lies in its industry-needs-based curriculum, delivery by industry and subject matter experts, project-based learning, and internship in the last year. Students are already undergoing internships in their pre-final year.

Both leadership teams were positive about further strengthening their partnership and working towards making students industry-ready.
