🎯 Career-Oriented Training & Placement Orientation at BTIRT, Sagar 🎯

As part of the Induction Program “Āarabdhih 2025”, the Training & Placement Cell of Babulal Tarabai Institute of Research & Technology (BTIRT), Sagar (NAAC Accredited) organized a special orientation session for first-year B.Tech students.

📌 Highlights of the Program:

The session began with a visual presentation, showcasing successful placement drives, achievements of past students, and the dedicated efforts of the Placement Department.

Dr. Tarun Kumar Singh (Group Registrar, BT Group) welcomed Dr. Sachin Choudhary (Placement Advisor, BTIRT) with floral greetings. He highlighted how BTIRT’s Placement Cell has been guiding students since 2008, enabling them to secure opportunities ranging from the corporate sector to government institutions like Railways, DRDO, Armed Forces, and Police Services. He emphasized dedication, honesty, and consistent effort as the key to success.

Dr. Sachin Choudhary inspired students with stories of Arjuna’s focus in the Mahabharata, the struggles of Milkha Singh, and journey of leaders like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg. He encouraged students to develop problem-solving abilities, maintain a “laser-sharp focus,” and continuously improve themselves rather than competing with others.

He further guided students on academic performance, semester planning, industrial readiness, body language, and interview preparation, while sharing motivational videos featuring legends like Lance Armstrong, Carl Lewis, and Kapil Dev.

Principal Dr. Veeresh Fuskele shared insights on the importance of internships, projects, and hackathons in career building.

🌟 The session ended with an interactive Q&A, where students received thoughtful guidance for shaping their careers.

🙏 Best wishes were extended to the students by BT Group Chairman Shri Santosh Kumar Jain ‘Ghari’ and Group Secretary Dr. Satyendra Jain. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Veeresh Fuskele (Principal, BTIRT).

🎤 Anchored by Gajendra Singh, the program saw active contributions from Sheikh Shahid, Bhupendra Namdev, and Deepak Raikwar, along with the support of faculty and staff members.

💡 This session not only introduced students to placement opportunities but also instilled in them the values of focus, persistence, and innovation for building a successful future.

🚀 National Space Day 2025 Celebrated at BTIRT, Sagar 🌌
“From Aryabhata to Gaganyaan: From Ancient Wisdom to Infinite Possibilities”

BTIRT, Sagar (NAAC Accredited) proudly celebrated National Space Day 2025 with great enthusiasm and a spirit of innovation.

The day was marked by multiple competitions including Quiz, Poster Making, Model Making, and Rangoli, where first-year students showcased their creativity, scientific approach, and natural talent. These activities not only encouraged innovation but also deepened curiosity about space science.

🎤 Highlights of the Day:

Dr. Tarun Kumar Singh (Group Registrar, BT Group) inspired students, emphasizing that such events are not just celebrations but stepping stones toward knowledge, creativity, and innovation.

Dr. Veeresh Fuskele (Principal, BTIRT) highlighted how competitions help students develop scientific thinking, teamwork, and confidence.

BT Group Chairman Shri Santosh Jain “Ghadi” and Group Secretary Dr. Satyendra Jain extended best wishes and encouraged students for a bright future.
