29th Annual Day Celebrations

Sona’s 29th Annual Day — A celebration of dedication, resilience, and excellence began on an inspiring note as the auspicious lamp was lit by Madam Chairman Smt. Seetha Valliappa, setting the tone for a celebration rooted in purpose.

Chairman, Sri.C. Valliappa, called on students to stay rooted in campus relationships, applauded the 93% achievement, and shared his vision of Sona growing into a 25,000-student institution.

Principal, Prof. Dr Senthilkumar S R R, expressed gratitude to the Management, followed by a compelling video report showcasing Sona’s and achievements in 2025–26.

Chief Guest, Mr. Shekar Viswanathan, Former Vice-Chairman of Toyota Kirloskar, reflected on India’s journey across decades—reminding students:
“If India can excel in sports, it can excel in every field.
Tough times may feel overwhelming, but they carry hidden opportunities. Stay focused. Stay resilient. Keep moving forward because challenges don’t define you—your determination does.”
