Strategic Renewal & Crafting the Future | OHPC Vision Workshop

IIM Sambalpur conducted the OHPC Vision Workshop – “Strategic Renewal and Crafting the Future” on 20–21 September 2026, bringing together the leadership of the Odisha Hydro Power Corporation (OHPC) for meaningful discussions on strategic renewal and the future direction of the organisation.

The workshop featured insightful addresses by Prof. Mahadeo Jaiswal, Director, IIM Sambalpur; Shri Rajib Lochan Panda, Director (Project), OHPC; Shri Amiya Kumar Mohanty, Director (Operation), OHPC; Shri Sandeep Patnaik, Director (Human Resource), OHPC; and Shri Pranab Kumar Mohanty, Director (Finance), OHPC, along with a special virtual address by Shri Vishal Kumar Dev, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha, Chairman and Managing Director, OHPC Ltd.

The workshop reflects a shared commitment to strategic renewal, innovation, and crafting a future-ready vision for OHPC.
