The institution was basically founded by the founder Secretary Sri Shib Narayan Satpathy & gradually promoted in to a group of institutions by the visionary efforts of founder Director Prof. Ashok Kumar Satpathy.The institution is recognized by Government of Orissa, Affiliated to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Rourkela & Orissa State Board of Pharmacy, Bhubaneswar & Approved by Pharmacy Council of India & All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.
