ମାଟି ମାଁର ଆଶିଷନେ ଭରିଯାଉ ଜୀବନ୍,

We celebrate another historic milestone in India’s space journey with the successful launch of the GSLV-F17 EOS-05 mission at Sriharikota, delivering the heaviest payload in the vehicle’s history into Sub-GTO. As India’s first dedicated geosynchronous imaging satellite, EOS-05 acts as a persistent "Orbital Sentinel" with strategic data, disaster response, and agricultural monitoring, signifying a triumph of precision engineering and technical resilience.

Krishna Janmashtami commemorates the birth of Lord Krishna, revered as the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu. It is observed on Ashtami, the eighth day of the waning moon in the Hindi month of Bhadrapada, generally falling between August and September. Celebrated with fasting, bhajans, kirtans and the vibrant Dahi Handi tradition, the festival fills homes and temples with devotion, joy and celebration. The festivities culminate in a grand midnight celebration marking the divine hour of Krishna's birth.

Celebrated during the harvest season, Onam is traditionally associated with the homecoming of King Mahabali, whose reign is remembered for prosperity, equality, and harmony. The festival brings people together beyond social and cultural differences, making it a celebration of shared identity and collective joy. Pookalam, traditional attire, music, dance, and festive rituals add colour and meaning to the occasion.
