Sarthak Gaikar Shines at University-Level Elocution Competition

Shri Omkarnath Malpani Law College, Sangamner, proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of Mr. Sarthak Raosaheb Gaikar, who secured the 1st Motivational Award (1st उत्तेजनार्थ क्रमांक) at the University-Level Elocution Competition organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS), Savitribai Phule Pune University, on the occasion of the 150th Anniversary of Vande Mataram.

After excelling at the district level, Sarthak represented the college at the finals held at Annasaheb Magar Mahavidyalaya, Hadapsar, Pune. Competing among top speakers from Pune, Ahmednagar, and Nashik districts, his powerful oratory and legal insight brought great pride to the institution.

Dr. Sachin Pathare provided constant academic guidance and motivation.
NSS Coordinator Dr. Ramdas Sonnar played a key role in mentoring and preparation.
Principal Dr. Sanjay Maniar offered valuable support and leadership throughout the journey.

Legal Awareness Workshop Successfully Conducted at Vadgaon Pan, Sangamner

A Legal Awareness Workshop was successfully organized by Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha, Shri. Omkarnath Malpani Law College, Sangamner, in collaboration with the Taluka Legal Services Committee Sangamner, Sangamner Bar Association, and S.B.V.P. Samaj’s D.K. More Janata Secondary & Higher Secondary School, Vadgaon Pan.

The program was chaired by Hon. Shri. V. B. Gawhane, District Judge, Sangamner and Former MLA Dr. Sudhirji Tambe (Chairman, S.B.V.P. Samaj). Distinguished guests included Group Education Officer Shri. Balasaheb Gund, College Legal Aid Coordinator Asst. Prof. Deoyanee Nikam, Adv. Manishatai Jorvekar, and Adv. Nishatai Shivurkar.

The workshop witnessed active participation from villagers, college students, and school students, aiming to spread awareness about legal rights and responsibilities.

The program was skillfully anchored by college student Raj Jadhav.

The event was conducted under the valuable guidance of Principal Dr. Sanjay Maniar.

Big Achievement for Our College

Dipika Sawant secured 3rd Rank in the District-Level Poem Competition. The competition was organized by NSS, Savitribai Phule Pune University, on the occasion of the 150th Anniversary of Vande Mataram.

Dipika presented her poem with confidence and creativity, bringing pride to the institution. Her performance was appreciated, and she received recognition at the district level.

Big Win for Our College

Mr. Sarthak Raosaheb Gaikar, has secured 2nd Rank in the District-Level Elocution Competition. The competition was organized by NSS, Savitribai Phule Pune University, on the occasion of the 150th Anniversary of Vande Mataram.

Sarthak delivered an impressive speech and brought pride to the institution. For his achievement, he was awarded a cash prize and a Certificate of Merit.

Principal Dr. Sanjay Maniar congratulated him for his success. Dr. Sachin Pathare provided valuable guidance throughout the preparation. Office Superintendent Mr. Sachin Walzade also played an important and supportive role.

⚖️ Guest Lecture on Labour Laws

Shri Omkarnath Malpani Law College, Sangamner organized a Guest Lecture on Labour Laws for DLL & LW and LL.B. students.

We were honored to have Adv. Santosh Raut Sir, HR from Malpani Industry, who shared valuable practical insights on labour laws and industrial practices.

The program was held in the presence of Principal Dr. Sanjay Maniar Sir and Dr. Sachin Pathare Sir, Asst. Prof. Trupti Maske coordinated the program under the guidance of Office Superintendent Mr. Sachin Walzade. A large number of students attended the lecture.

उच्च शिक्षणाद्वारे शाश्वत विकास साध्य करण्याचा मार्ग : डॉ. मनोहर चासकर

संगमनेर : शिक्षण प्रसारक संस्थेच्या श्री. ओंकारनाथ मालपाणी विधी महाविद्यालयात दि. १४ मार्च २०२६ रोजी उच्च शिक्षण आणि शाश्वत विकास यावर एकदिवसीय राज्यस्तरीय परिसंवाद कार्यशाळा आयोजित करण्यात आली होते. याप्रसंगी प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून डॉ. मनोहर चासकर (कुलगुरू, स्वामी रामानंद तीर्थ मराठवाडा विद्यापीठ, नांदेड), मा. डॉ. धोंडीराम पवार (व्यवस्थापन परिषद सदस्य, सा. फु. पुणे विद्यापीठ), मा. श्री. शंतनू लामधाडे (अधिसभा सदस्य, सा. फु. पुणे विद्यापीठ), मा. डॉ. नरेश वाघमारे (विधी विभाग प्रमुख, सा. फु. पुणे विद्यापीठ), अध्यक्ष म्हणून मा. डॉ. संजय मालपाणी (कार्याध्यक्ष, शिक्षण प्रसारक संस्था, संगमनेर) आणि महाविद्यालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ. संजय मणियार हे उपस्थित होते. कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात प्रमुख पाहुण्यांच्या हस्ते दीपप्रज्वलनाने झाली. मा. डॉ. संजय मणियार यांनी आपल्या प्रास्तविकात परिसंवाद कार्यशाळा आयोजित करण्यामागचा उद्देश स्पष्ट केला.
डॉ. मनोहर चासकर यांनी उच्च शिक्षण हे कोणत्याही देशाच्या प्रगतीचे आणि समाजाच्या सर्वांगीण विकासाचे महत्त्वाचे साधन मानले जाते. आजच्या आधुनिक युगात केवळ आर्थिक विकास नव्हे, तर पर्यावरणाचे संरक्षण, सामाजिक समता आणि संसाधनांचा योग्य वापर यांनाही तितकेच महत्त्व दिले जावे असे प्रतिपादन केले.
दुसऱ्या सत्रात मा. डॉ. समीर चव्हाण यांनी विधी क्षेत्रातील विद्यार्थी आणि वकील यांनी शाश्वत विकासाचा समतोल राखण्यासाठी अस्तित्वात असलेले कायद्यांचा सखोल अभ्यास करणे गरजेचे आहे असे मार्गदर्शन केले. तसेच डॉ. रविंद्र तासिलदार यांनी उच्च शिक्षण हे शाश्वत विकास साध्य करण्यासाठी अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे साधन आहे. योग्य शिक्षण, संशोधन आणि सामाजिक सहभाग यांच्या माध्यमातून भविष्यकाळात अधिक समतोल आणि शाश्वत समाज निर्माण होऊ शकतो असे प्रतिपादन केले.
तिसऱ्या सत्रात प्रमुख वक्ते म्हणून शिक्षण प्रसारक संस्थेचे उपाध्यक्ष जेष्ठ विधीज्ञ प्रदीप मालपाणी यांनी कायदेशीर प्रश्नांची उकल पुस्तके वाचल्याशिवाय शक्य नाही असे मत व्यक्त केले. याच सत्रामध्ये त्यांच्या हस्ते सहभागी संशोधकांना प्रमाणपत्राचे वितरण करण्यात आले. सूत्रसंचालन प्रा. डॉ. कपिल चौरपगार, प्रा. डॉ. नागराज खराडे आणि प्रा. बालाजी नरवटे यांनी केले तर परिचय प्रा. देवयानी निकम आणि प्रा. रामदास सोन्नर यांनी केला. आभार परिसंवाद कार्यशाळा समन्वयक प्रा. डॉ. प्रतिक शिंदे यांनी मानले.

Harshvardhan delivered an outstanding performance and played a crucial role in helping the Savitribai Phule Pune University team secure the medal. His dedication, discipline, and sportsmanship have brought great pride to our college.

Back-to-Back Success:
Fourth Player Selected for All India Inter-University Championship

In a proud moment for the institution, Mr. Harshavardhan Thorat, a student of our college, has been selected to represent the Savitribai Phule Pune University team in the All India Inter-University Netball Championship. His selection came through the Inter-Divisional Netball Tournament recently held at Akole.
The prestigious championship will be conducted from 9 to 12 March at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. With this achievement, Harshavardhan becomes the fourth player from the college in the current academic year to secure selection for an All India Inter-University competition, highlighting the growing sporting excellence of the institution.
On this occasion, Principal Dr. S. G. Maniar extended his heartfelt congratulations to Harshavardhan for this remarkable accomplishment. The achievement was made possible under the valuable guidance and support of Physical Director Mr. Prashant Shenkar.
