🚆⚡ Industrial Visit to Electrical Traction Machine Workshop – Indian Railways

The Department of Electrical Engineering, Amrutvahini College of Engineering, Sangamner, successfully organized an industrial visit for Second Year (SE) Electrical Engineering students to the Electrical Traction Machine Workshop, Indian Railways, Eklahare, Nashik Road.

A total of 48 students participated in this visit along with three faculty members, gaining valuable industry exposure and practical learning experience.

During the visit, students explored the construction, operation, maintenance, and real-time applications of electrical traction motors used in railway systems. The session provided in-depth technical knowledge and helped students understand the practical aspects of electrical traction engineering.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Er. Pramod Nagare Saheb for granting permission and supporting this educational visit.

The Department of Electrical Engineering, Amrutvahini College of Engineering, Sangamner, successfully organized an industrial visit for T.E. Electrical Engineering students on 16th April 2026 at Jitendra EV Pvt. Ltd., Jaulakedindori, Maharashtra.

The visit offered students valuable exposure to next-generation electric scooters and EV manufacturing processes, enabling them to gain practical insights beyond classroom learning. Students also had the opportunity to interact with industry experts and understand real-world applications in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle sector.
