It's all about Visva-Bharati

India Today ranks India's Best Universities for 2013. Visva Bharati stood at 14th place compared to 26 in 2012. It's a jump of 12 ranking points, which is a commendable achievement.

Of course, there are lots of methodological issues involved in the ranking points but still, feels happy to be part of the university once for five years (1998-2003).

The paranoia that all private universities are substandard is unnecessary. India smartest universities, after all, belong to the private sector.
