🚀 Day 3 | Building Future-Ready Sales Professionals!

The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) successfully conducted the third and concluding session of its 3-day Career & Industry Readiness Programme for MBA and BBA final-year students. The session, “Sales Executive Track: Sales Ex*****on & AI-Assisted Selling,” was led by Ms. Trish*ta Choudhary, Sales & Marketing Manager, Sankhyana Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., with 7+ years of experience in Sales Ex*****on, Business Development, and Marketing. Students explored sales processes, consultative selling, objection handling, marketing fundamentals, AI tools, and participated in a live pitch practice.

The session was graced by Prof. Dr. Rajnish Ratna, Dean, FMS; Dr. Nikhil Nishant, Assistant Professor, FMS; Dr. B. S. Gupta, TPC In-charge, FMS; and Md. Gauhar Hasnain, Assistant Professor, FMS. The programme created a vibrant learning environment where students connected classroom concepts with real-world industry practices and gained practical exposure to the evolving role of AI in sales and marketing.

🚀 Day 2 | From Learning to Hands-on Recruitment Practice!

The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) continued its career-focused learning initiative with Day 2: “HR Recruitment Track — Candidate Management, AI & Applied Practice” for MBA and BBA final-year students.

We were delighted to have Ms. Chandhana, Recruitment Manager, Sankhyana Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., with 5+ years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment and Candidate Management.

The three-hour session focused on practical recruitment skills, including job requirement analysis, sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn, screening calls, ATS/CRM tools, AI-powered recruitment, and a live sourcing and shortlisting exercise.

The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) organised an engaging webinar on “How to Build a Career and Get a Job: Future of Career and Jobs” for the MBA and BBA final-year students.

We were honoured to have Mr. Hemant Kumar Maurya, HR Manager, Sankhyana Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., with 7+ years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, and Project Management. He shared valuable and practical insights on the current job market, career readiness, AI’s impact on jobs, and the future of industries in the AI era.
