๐Ÿ Narayan Institute of Pharmacy Secures Runner-Up Title in Inter Pharmacy College Cricket Tournament ๐Ÿ†

Narayan Institute of Pharmacy proudly emerged as the Runner-Up in the Inter Pharmacy College Cricket Tournament organized by MGM College of Pharmacy, Patna at Jagjivan Ram Stadium, Patna. A total of 10 teams participated in the tournament, where our players showcased outstanding sportsmanship, discipline, and exceptional teamwork throughout the competition.

In the opening match, Narayan Institute of Pharmacy defeated Krishna Institute of Nursing and Paramedics, Samastipur by a massive margin of 144 runs. The team posted a huge total of 220 runs in just 12 overs. Rohit delivered an excellent all-round performance by taking 4 wickets and was awarded the Man of the Match.

In the semi-final, the team secured a convincing 8-wicket victory against Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology, Muzaffarpur, advancing to the finals. Aditya played a เคถเคพเคจเคฆเคพเคฐ knock of 71 runs and claimed 2 crucial wickets, earning him the Man of the Match title for his remarkable performance.

The final match witnessed a tough contest, where Shakuni Chaudhary College of Health Sciences, Munger secured victory by 15 runs. Our team fought valiantly till the end, displaying true competitive spirit.

Honโ€™ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Jagdish Singh and Academic Director Sudip Kumar Singh congratulated the players and extended their best wishes for a bright future. Dean Prof. (Dr.) Dharmendra Kumar, Mr. Laliteshwar Pratap Singh, Team In-charge Mr. Omsatyam, Coordinator Mr. Pawan Goswami, and all faculty members also appreciated and encouraged the team for their outstanding achievement.

This remarkable accomplishment has brought great pride to Narayan Institute of Pharmacy and has infused renewed energy and enthusiasm for sports among the students.

Students of Gopal Narayan Singh University (GNSU) under the Institutional Innovation Council (IIC), GNSU successfully visited MSME, Patna on 24/02/2026 for an insightful industrial exposure program.

The visit was organized under the guidance of Mr. Omsatyam, Assistant Professor, Narayan Institute of Pharmacy (NIOP).

During the visit, students gained valuable knowledge about:

โœจ World Pharmacist Day 2025 at Narayan Institute of Pharmacy, GNSU โœจ

On 25th September 2025, Narayan Institute of Pharmacy celebrated World Pharmacist Day with great enthusiasm. This yearโ€™s theme โ€“ โ€œThink Health, Think Pharmacistโ€ ๐Ÿ’Š โ€“ highlighted the vital role of pharmacists in healthcare.

The event began with a welcome speech by Prof. (Dr.) Dharmendra Kumar, Dean, NIOP, followed by cultural performances and a musical skit on pharmacistsโ€™ role during COVID-19.

Special guest sessions were held by Dr. B.V.S. Lokesh (Universiti Malaya, Malaysia) and Mr. Utsav Rai (ICMR, NICPR, Noida), who shared inspiring insights on the profession.

๐Ÿ† Winners of various competitions received medals and certificates: Tanushree, Aditi, Pragya, Nandani, Raj Anand, Naaz, Salvi, Dhiraj, Fiza, Ikra, Mehnaz, Farhan, and Arya Raj.

The program was graced by Hon'ble VC, Pro-VC, Registrar, Asst. Registrar, and Controller of Examinations, with active participation from faculty and students.
