🌍💚 Celebrating World Health Day at Varun Arjun University Medical College & Rohilkhand Hospital! On April 7, our Community Medicine Dept led a massive awareness drive on healthy lifestyles, hygiene, nutrition, exercise & vaccination.
Kicked off with Dr. Dharmendra Kumar Gupta (HOD) declaring “Health is the real wealth” in the hospital waiting area, alongside Dr. Purva Sur & Dr. Charandeep Singh Dua. Nursing students wowed with posters on “Our Health, Our Future” & mental health! 🚀
Extended to RHTC Katra & UHTC Shahjahanpur with Prof. Dr. Ajay Agrawal, Dr. Hitika & experts like Dr. Intkhab Alam, Dr. Vinayak H. Kashyap & more, empowering rural & urban communities.

🏆✨ State-Level Quiz Grand Finale! On World Health Day 2026, Varun Arjun Medical College & Rohilkhand Hospital hosted the prestigious IAPSM (Uttar Pradesh chapter) quiz finals – where future public health leaders showcased their brilliance! 🌍📚
Representing VAU: MBBS 2024–25 stars Bhavya, Arpita Yadav, and Bhawna – full of energy, confidence, and lightning-fast answers on public health, national programs, and epidemiology! They also expressed keen interest in competing at the national level next.
HOD Dr. Dharmendra Kumar Gupta highlighted how such events boost awareness and competitive spirit. Faculty Dr. Purva Soor, Dr. Ajay Agarwal, Dr. Intakhab Alam, Dr. Vinayak H. Kashyap, Dr. Shivani Gupta, Dr. Aditya Prakash Singh, and other staff & students made the event truly memorable.
