Through storytelling, games, art-integrated learning, phonics and digital tools, he has created an engaging learning environment while nurturing students’ academic, artistic and sporting talents.
His counselling and career guidance have helped vulnerable children, including girls at risk of early marriage, continue their education and pursue higher studies. He has also mobilised community support for smart classrooms, interactive boards, toy libraries, toilets and improved school infrastructure across rural schools.

Shri Gabar Singh, Head Teacher and Science/Maths Educator from Govt. UPS Musyakhand, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, dedicated 35 years to transforming rural education and advancing STEM pedagogy in remote mountain regions.
Driven by the vision of NEP 2020, he promoted ICT as a primary tool for creating an interactive teaching and learning environment by developing various animated learning PowerPoint presentations for mathematics, using GeoGebra models, and leveraging 3D simulations to transform complex concepts into intriguing and engaging learning experiences.

Prof. Avlokita Agrawal is a faculty in the Department of Architecture and Planning, IIT Roorkee. She has an experience of more than 20 years in the field of Sustainable Built Environment both in Academia and Industry.
Her pedagogy uses real-world and rural experiences to help students understand rural challenges and develop sustainable designs for local infrastructure such as housing and schools.

Prof. Kirti Chandra Sahu is a faculty in the Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Hyderabad. His pioneering research on the shape and size distributions of raindrops at different altitudes contributes to more accurate rainfall prediction.
He has developed a unique experimental facility from scratch that simulates atmospheric conditions experienced by raindrops as they descend from clouds to the ground.
He is amongst the founding faculty member of IIT Hyderabad, with significant contributions to curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic leadership.
