Today, we celebrated the spirit of patriotism and unity on the 76th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and pride at Abhigyan Institute of Pharmacy.

The event commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony led by our beloved Principal, Mr. Sujit Das, followed by the soul-stirring rendition of the National Anthem, filling the air with patriotism. 🎵

Special thanks to our faculty and students who made the event memorable with their hard work and dedication. Let us continue to uphold the values enshrined in our Constitution and work together to build a brighter future for our country. 🙌

🌿 Aromatic Adventures at the Garden of Medicinal & Aromatic Plants! 🌿

The students of Abhigyan Institute of Pharmacy had a truly enriching experience on their today field visit to the Garden of Medicinal & Aromatic Plants at the University of North Bengal, Siliguri!

This incredible garden is a treasure trove of knowledge, showcasing a diverse collection of plants with medicinal and aromatic properties. Our students were able to:

✅ Identify and learn about various species : From the soothing lavender to the potent turmeric, they explored a wide range of plants, gaining valuable insights into their uses and benefits.

✅ Understand the cultivation process : The visit provided a hands-on understanding of the cultivation techniques used for these plants, from soil preparation to harvesting.

✅ Explore the scientific applications : They learned about the scientific research being conducted on these plants and their potential applications in the pharmaceutical industry.

This field trip was a fantastic opportunity for our students to connect theory with practice, deepening their understanding of medicinal plants and their role in healthcare. We are grateful to the University of North Bengal for hosting us and sharing their expertise!
