Greetings!

The Moot Court Society, Department of Law, University of North Bengal is all set to organise a Regional Moot Court Competition on 25th of March, 2023 in offline mode to be held in the Department of Law, University of North Bengal.

The specifications of the competitions, rules and regulations and the Moot Proposition is added in the link attached below.

We are pleased to announce that the date of provisional registration for the Regional Moot Court Competition has been extended to 24th February, 2023.

We cordially invite the students from the prestigious institutions spanning across North Bengal and North Eastern States to participate in this Moot Court Competition.

The 3rd National Moot Court Competition organised by the Department of Law, University of North Bengal was a success.
Here is a sneak peek of that event.
The Winner of the Competition is School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University).

The runner up is ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad.

Best Speaker is won by KIIT Law School, Bhubaneshwar.

Best Memorial is won by School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University).

Best Researcher is a tie between
Central University of South Bihar, Gaya & Bharati Vidyapith Pune.

We congratulate all the winners and best wishes for all the participants.

the Moot Court Society, Dept. of Law, NBU will always be indebted to Prof. (Dr.) Gangotri Chakraborty , the Convenor of Moot Court Society, for making Moot an annual program for the Department. We have enjoyed every bit of working for NMCC.

School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University) is the winner of this competition.
ICFAI Law School,Hyderabad is the Runner Up.
