Team OPTINX Drives into the Global Top 22
KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology proudly congratulates Team OPTINX from the Department of Mechatronics Engineering for advancing into the Semi Finals of the Bosch Future Mobility Challenge 2026 Romania.
The competition initially featured 167 teams worldwide, progressing through multiple competitive stages. Following a successful Quarter Final round, Team OPTINX has now secured a position in the Semi Finals and is among the top-performing teams globally. The team is also one of only two teams representing India in this prestigious challenge.
As part of the competition, the students are developing intelligent mobility solutions using a 1:10 scaled autonomous Ford Mustang platform.
