Today, our campus was filled with energy, peace, and positivity as students and staff came together to celebrate International Yoga Day! ЁЯТл
With the theme "Yoga for Self and Society", we started our morning with a refreshing yoga session that included basic asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. The event was led by experienced instructors who guided everyone beautifully through the practice. ЁЯЩП
