Eligibility Criteria :
Scores: 65% and above in B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics)
Year of Passing: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020
3. Home Location: Within 50Km from HCL Technologies Madurai SEZ Elcot campus (Min 6 months of Address proof to be shown)
Training Details
6 months of training (3 months Class Room Training + 3 months On Job Training)
Stipend of Rs.3750/month to be provided during 3 months of On job training
Fee Based Training Program
Program Fee and Salary Details
Fee: INR 1.77 Lakhs (1.5Lakhs + Taxes)
Salary: INR 2.26 Lakhs (After training, from 7th month)
Career Progression: Same as any other HCL employee with yearly increments and bonus based on performance. Insurance, medical claims, discounts, tie-ups are available
Selection Process
Eligible scholars will take Cocubes assessment test (Aptitude + IT fundamentals) - 75 Mins
