Shri Guru Nanak Khalsa PG College, Sri Ganganagar, is the most reputed and premier college of the region. It carries with it a rich history which dates back to 1957, the year of its establishment. Prima facie, it is a post graduate degree college, which is recognized under Section 2(f) and 12(b) in the UGC Act, 1956. In 2004, college got accolades in the corridors of education when got accredited by NAAC and was first to ensure B++ ranking in the Bikaner division. In 2006, UGC granted this college as “College with Potential Excellence” (CPE) status, The college is also awarded with “Model College” status by Govt. of Rajasthan. During the period of 59 years from 1957 to 2016 the College is making a continuous headway and has achieved distinction in the field of education, games and sports, as well as in various other spheres enabling it to be reckoned as one of the top most college of Rajasthan.
