Rule :
1. Each team have maximum of 4 participant and minimum of 2 from which one is leader .

2. A team consists of students from different college .

3. No damages should be made by a bot to the arena or to other teams dot during the match in any manner.

4. Boys should not be disassembled until the results are declared .

5. The organizers reserve the right to change the rules and / arena as them deem fit 6. When a team is called for match, they must report within 5minutes .

7. Judges and manager decision will be final .

8. Participation certificate Wil be provided.

Rules for Paper Submission:

1.Working Models, Samples Fetch You Extra Points.

2.Participants should submit the soft copy of the full ppt and email to [email protected]

3.Paper should be submitted as a MS word document (.doc) or pdf document.

4.Bring your Soft Copies in mail or Pen drive.

5.Paper should not exceed more pages.

6.Details of the team members:
i)Name
ii)Department
iii)E-Mail ID
iv)Contact number,
v)Institution name
should be sent along with the Paper. Max 3 mem in a team

7.Spot entries are not allowed.

8.Accepted papers will be intimated through their respective mail.id

9.The presentation time is for 8 mins and queries for 2 mins for each paper.

10.Selected candidates should bring their identity card at the time of presentation.

11.Only LCD projectors will be provided.

12. Judges decision will be final
