At a very young age, the Maheshwari brothers lost their father, after which the responsibilities dawned on the eldest brother, Sh. Govind, who was a Graduate in Science and was working in JK Industry. Younger brothers Sh. Naveen and Sh. Brajesh got selected in Surat Engineering College, while Sh. Rajesh pursued his Polytechnic in Mechanical Branch in 1986. During this course, few students of the colony approached Sh. Rajesh to solve their academic queries. As they liked his pedagogy, they started taking regular tuition from him. The academic progression started by sitting around his home’s dining table and teaching students. Soon after completing his diploma, he got an appointment letter from then renowned JK Industry. He had to now decide between teaching and the job offered. With the advice and support of the family, he went ahead with teaching the students. The system became stronger when all the four brothers took command of their respective domains.
Along with Sh. Rajesh Maheshwari, youngest brother Sh. Brajesh an Engineer with the civil branch with his command over Physics subject, went on strengthen the academics of the institute. Sh. Govind (Elder brother) with his rich administrative skills took command over the management. Following the footprints and to widen the horizon of the system, younger brother Sh. Naveen with rich liasoning & problem-solving skills joined the wagon. Since then Allen Career Institute sustained its legacy in quality education by making students get selected and attain best ranks in the entrance exams.
Allen Career Institute once started in a tiny room with merely 8 students is now the largest career coaching institute of India with more than 2 Lac students enrolled in Classroom Programme (2019-20), besides a team of 9500+ team members including 400+ IITian and 90+ Doctor Faculties working under its aegis. Since its inception, Allen has so far coached more than 12 Lac students from across the country through its Classroom Programme.

With outstanding performance in NEET 2018, Allen’s 55 Students secured ranks in Top 100 All India Rank.
In 2019 students of Allen Career Institute proved their mettle by securing AIR-1 in both IIT-JEE (Advanced) and NEET (UG). 3 students of ALLEN secured a position in the top 10 AIR, while 8 Students secured positions in Top 20 AIR in JEE Advanced 2019. On completion of 30 years of glorious leadership, Allen launched “Shaurya Scholarship”, in this Allen grants a 15-90% Scholarship to children of soldiers and martyrs. In the session 2018-19, Allen has granted Scholarship worth Rs. 4.51 Cr. to 2672 children of our nation’s soldiers.mca Book of Records for securing All Top 10 Ranks in AIIMS 2017. The institute was given the title “Top-10 All India Ranks from One Institute”. The institute has also initiated a unique programme named “ASHA- Allen Scholarship Helping Aspirants” in which 500 students will be selected from different states of the country, by the respective state government and called for free coaching at Kota.
