About SITA

South Gujarat Information Technologists Association is the pioneer name among the associations of Information Technology Trade across India situated at the city of Surat which has highest GDP, which covers the region from Vapi to Bharuch including the Valsad, Navasari, Surat and Ankleshwar. It has an authentic one voice of IT Industry in the southern part of Gujarat and it was formed in July-1996 to facilitate IT Trade and Industry and encourage technological advancements in this region. The association is looking after improving the overall Quality of the IT Trade and Industry by way of constantly upgrading its members and society with the latest technology and upcoming trends by way of organizing Exhibition consecutively since last 21 years. Since it started in ‘97 which was named as PC-Expo-97 has became IT-Expo by covering more and more aspect of changing scenario in Information Technology. SITA witnessed an incremental rhythm in size, visitor turnouts, exhibitors and goodwill every year. In the past years many organizations have became a part of IT expositions like CII, GIL-Gujarat Informatics Limited, iNDEX Tb, SGCCI and Education Institutions of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and many more. The Industry concentration of Hazira (which includes Reliance, L&T, GSPC, ONGC, Essar, NTPC, Kribhco, Petronet LNG, Shell, ABG Group, and Many More) Vapi and Ankleshwar and the technological advances of Textile and Diamond industry of Surat gets fuel from such IT Exhibition.
