In the current situation, the need for civil defense is more pressing than ever, with increasing threats from natural disasters, terrorism, and other emergencies. Investing in civil defense infrastructure, training, and resources can help communities build resilience and respond effectively to crises .
We had organized workshop aimed to educate college students about civil defense, its significance, and the role of volunteers in emergency response and disaster management. The session covered:

- Introduction to civil defense and its importance
- Opportunities for volunteering and community service
- Skills and training required for civil defense volunteers
- Real-life scenarios and case studies

Empowering the Next Generation
By engaging with college students, we hope to inspire a new generation of volunteers who can contribute to civil defense initiatives and make a positive impact in their communities.

સર કે પી કોલેજ ઓફ કોમર્સ કોલેજમા નેશનલ કોન્ફરન્સનુ આયોજન
તા 29 માર્ચ 2025 ના રોજ કોલેજની IQAC અને Accountancy વિભાગના સંયુકત ઉપક્રમે Managing Business Dynamics for Resilience and Sustainability વિષય પર નેશનલ કોન્ફરન્સનુ આયોજન કરવામા આવ્યુ હતુ. જેમા મુખ્ય મહેમાન તરીકે વીર નર્મદ સાઉથ ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી ના વાઇસ ચાન્સેલર ડૉ. કિશોર સિંહ ચાવડાને આમંત્રિત કરવામા આવેલ હતા. કી નોટ સ્પીકર તરીકે ગુરૂ ગોવિંદ યુનિવર્સિટી ના ઇન ચાર્જ વાઇસ ચાન્સેલર ડો. પ્રતાપસિંહ ચૌહાણ ઓનલાઈન હાજર રહી વિશ્વના દેશો ચીન જાપાન કોરીયા તેમજ યુ.એસ ના સંદર્ભમા ભારતની સબળતા અને નબળાઇની છણાવટ કરી હતી અને ભારત નુ ભવિષ્ય વેપારના સંદર્ભમા ખુબ જ ઉજ્જવળ છે . આ કોન્ફરન્સ મા 121 અધ્યાપકો તેમજ સંશોધક વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ભાગ લીધો હતો. કુલ 81 સંશોધન પત્રોનુ પ્રેઝન્ટેશન સંશોધકો દ્વારા રજુ કરવામા આવ્યા હતા. ઈનચાર્જ આચાર્યા ડૉ સીમા દેસાઈ એ સૌ મહેમાનોને આવકાર્યા હતા. એકાઉન્ટનસી વિભાગ ના વડા પ્રો. આયેશા સિદદાતે કોન્ફરન્સ વિશે પૂર્વ ભૂમિકા બાધી હતી. આઈ.ક્યુ.એ.સી. કોઓરડીનેટર ડૉ બિનીતા ઘીવાળાએ મહેમાનો નો પરિચય આપ્યો હતો. પ્રો. અનુરાધા વખારિયા તેમજ ડૉ. હેતલ દેસાઈએ આભારવિધી કરી હતી. સાર્વજનિક એજયુકેશન સોસાયટીના ચેરમેન શ્રીભરતભાઇ શાહે કોન્ફરન્સનુ આયોજન કરવા બદલ કે.પી પરિવારના તમામને શુભેચ્છા સહ અભિનંદન પાઠવ્યા હતા. સમગ્ર કોન્ફરન્સનુ સંચાલન ડૉ. અભિષેક ગાંધી અને ડૉ સ્મિતા ખવાનીએ કર્યુ હતું
