Toronto (Canada): On May 26, 2024, Guru Kashi University (GKU) hosted its first International Alumni Meet at Vishav Punjabi Bhawan in Brampton, Toronto. The event saw participation from alumni across Canada and America. Chancellor Gurlabh Singh Sidhu expressed joy in the alumni's global success. The Vice Chancellor, Prof (Dr) S.K.Bawa sent her best wishes to the alumni participating in the Meet. Pro Vice-Chancellor Dr. Jagtar Singh Dhiman highlighted GKU's achievements and programs, emphasizing its NAAC A++ ranking. A PhD degree was awarded, and new books were presented. The meet fostered discussions on potential collaborations and celebrated alumni achievements.
