'LOHRI & MAKARSANRANTI' were celebrated with great pomp and show in APPS Campus . All teachers and students took part in the celebrations. Students were told about the importance of these two festivals. They had a gala time and showcased their talent in various activities. Students sang songs of LOHRI, recited poems & delievered speech also. Students of Senior classes presented Giddha & Bhangra. Everybody took part in Lohri poojan and after Groundnuts and Rewaries were distributed among the teachers & the students.

Today Amarpuri campus witnessed Unity in Diversity when Amarpurians celebrated Birthdays of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Jesus Christ . On this wonderful day students were told about the life histories of both the divine personalities. Poems were recited and Carols were sung . So many Santas could be seen. All were dancing ,enjoying and having fun.☺

To inculcate the values of religion and importance of sacrifie among the students Martyrdom day of Sahibzadas's was organised in APPS . A motivational speech was delivered by Mrs Ranjeeta kaur. Harmanpreet kaur 8th std. and Gurshan Singh 9th std. recited poems in the memory of the Sahibzada's.

Guru Arjun Dev Sahodaya Tarn Taran organised annual inter school Athletic meet at Bhai Gurdas Academy Pandori Ram Singh Tarn Taran. Students of APPS participated with great zest and zeal and won 25 Gold, 6 Silver and 9 Bronze medals in various events. The winners were honoured by the Director of school Dr. Col. S.S. Annual day 2017 was held at APPS Campus, Goindwal Sahib.
Chief Guest of the day was Mrs Surinder Ghura from UK. Guest of honour were Mr Atamjit Singh Bawa, Mrs Manjit Bawa, Mrs Parina Bawa & Mrs Jot Bawa.
The show was a huge success. The western dance by Tiny-Tots,, Bhangra by Amarpuri's young boys & girls was remarkable. The attraction of the Annual Day was the chorography on Patriotic songs. We also honoured our meritorious students. The Chief Guest also shared her exprience and blessed us with her words.
