CIHCS, दाहुंग में वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के प्रेरणादायक दौरे से विद्यार्थियों एवं संस्थान परिवार में नई ऊर्जा और उत्साह
दाहुंग, 25 सितंबर 2026 — केंद्रीय हिमालयी संस्कृति अध्ययन संस्थान (CIHCS), दाहुंग में संस्कृति मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों का आत्मीय एवं प्रेरणादायक दौरा हुआ। इस अवसर पर आयोजित संवाद कार्यक्रम ने विद्यार्थियों, शिक्षकों एवं कर्मचारियों में नई ऊर्जा, उत्साह और सकारात्मक भावना का संचार किया।
इस गरिमामयी प्रतिनिधिमंडल में श्री समर नंदा, संयुक्त सचिव (C&M), संस्कृति मंत्रालय; प्रो. वांगचुक दोरजी नेगी, कुलपति, Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies (CIHTS), सारनाथ; तथा श्री नदीम अहमद, उप सचिव (BTI), संस्कृति मंत्रालय शामिल रहे। यह दौरा CIHCS के शैक्षणिक, प्रशासनिक एवं समग्र विकास के प्रति मंत्रालय के सहयोग एवं मार्गदर्शन को दर्शाता है।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ संस्थान के संस्थापक परम पावन 13वें त्सोना गोंत्से रिनपोछे की प्रतिमा पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित करने के साथ हुआ। इसके पश्चात गरिमामयी वातावरण में दीप प्रज्वलन किया गया, जो ज्ञान, करुणा और सकारात्मकता का प्रतीक है।
विद्यार्थियों के साथ हुए आत्मीय एवं संवादात्मक सत्र में विद्यार्थियों ने पाठ्यक्रम, शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था तथा अपने अकादमिक जीवन से संबंधित विभिन्न सुझावों एवं चिंताओं को वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के समक्ष खुलकर रखा। अधिकारियों ने विद्यार्थियों की बातों को धैर्यपूर्वक सुना तथा आवश्यक सहयोग और सकारात्मक विचार का आश्वासन दिया।
श्री नदीम अहमद, उप सचिव (BTI), संस्कृति मंत्रालय ने अपने संबोधन में रचनात्मक संवाद, आपसी समन्वय, शैक्षणिक उत्कृष्टता, अनुशासन, पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला तथा संस्थान के बेहतर भविष्य के लिए सभी को मिलकर कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
श्री समर नंदा, संयुक्त सचिव (C&M), संस्कृति मंत्रालय ने विद्यार्थियों एवं कर्मचारियों द्वारा उठाए गए विषयों को गंभीरता से सुना तथा सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण के साथ उनके व्यापक एवं दीर्घकालिक समाधान की दिशा में विचार किए जाने की बात कही। उनके विचारों से विद्यार्थियों, शिक्षकों एवं कर्मचारियों में विश्वास और उत्साह को और मजबूती मिली।
प्रो. वांगचुक दोरजी नेगी, कुलपति, CIHTS, सारनाथ ने अपने ज्ञानवर्धक संबोधन में हिमालयी बौद्ध संस्कृति, दर्शन एवं पारंपरिक शिक्षा-पद्धति के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को धैर्य, समर्पण एवं सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण के साथ उच्च शिक्षा की दिशा में आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
इसके पश्चात वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने वासुबन्धु पुस्तकालय, बालक छात्रावास, प्रार्थना कक्ष, स्मार्ट बोर्ड से सुसज्जित नए कक्षाओं, निर्माणाधीन कार्यों तथा भविष्य के परिसर सहित संस्थान की विभिन्न सुविधाओं एवं आधारभूत संरचनाओं का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान संस्थान के विकास, आवश्यक सुधार, नवीनीकरण एवं निर्माण कार्यों को समयबद्ध रूप से पूरा करने के संबंध में आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन एवं दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किए गए।
एक समावेशी एवं सकारात्मक पहल के रूप में वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने नियमित एवं संविदात्मक शिक्षण कर्मचारियों तथा गैर-शिक्षण कर्मचारियों के साथ भी अलग-अलग संवाद किया। उन्होंने कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं एवं सुझावों को धैर्यपूर्वक सुना और सहयोगात्मक वातावरण बनाए रखने के लिए आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन दिया।
इसके उपरांत प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने उपायुक्त, बोमडिला; पुलिस अधीक्षक, बोमडिला; तथा अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त, सिंगचुंग के साथ समन्वय बैठक भी की, जिसमें संस्थान को आवश्यक प्रशासनिक सहयोग तथा आधारभूत संरचना से संबंधित विकास कार्यों की नियमित निगरानी पर चर्चा की गई।
यह दिनभर का दौरा अत्यंत सकारात्मक, प्रेरणादायक एवं स्मरणीय वातावरण में संपन्न हुआ। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की सहज, आत्मीय एवं प्रेरणादायक उपस्थिति ने CIHCS के विद्यार्थियों, शिक्षकों एवं कर्मचारियों में नई ऊर्जा और आशावाद का संचार किया तथा संस्थान के शैक्षणिक, प्रशासनिक एवं आधारभूत विकास की दिशा में सकारात्मक वातावरण को और मजबूत किया।

*Senior Officials’ Benevolent Visit Boosts Morale at CIHCS, Dahung*
*Dahung, 25th September 2026* — The Central Institute of Himalayan Culture Studies (CIHCS), Dahung, was filled with a sense of encouragement and renewed hope as it warmly welcomed senior officials from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, for a cordial and highly inspiring interaction programme.
The esteemed delegation comprised *Shri Samar Nanda, Joint Secretary (C&M), Ministry of Culture; Prof. Wangchuk Dorjee Negi, Vice-Chancellor, CIHTS, Sarnath; and Shri Nadeem Ahmed, Deputy Secretary (BTI), Ministry of Culture.* The visit reflected the Ministry’s kind concern, deep commitment and affectionate support towards the holistic growth of CIHCS.
The programme commenced on an auspicious note with a floral tribute to the Founder of the Institute, *His Eminence the 13th Tsona Gontse Rinpoche*, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing wisdom and compassion.
In a heart-warming and student-friendly interaction, the dignitaries patiently listened to the students, who freely shared their aspirations, suggestions and concerns regarding syllabus, curriculum and academic life. The officials appreciated their sincerity and assured them of all possible support.
Addressing the gathering with great kindness, *Shri Nadeem Ahmed* emphasized the values of constructive dialogue, mutual coordination, academic excellence, discipline, transparency and accountability, and motivated everyone to work together as one family for the betterment of the Institute.
*Shri Samar Nanda* very kindly acknowledged the issues raised and lauded the positive spirit of the students and staff. He assured that all concerns would be looked into with a comprehensive, sympathetic and long-term perspective, which greatly boosted the confidence of all stakeholders.
*Prof. Wangchuk Dorjee Negi*, in his enlightening address, beautifully explained the profound relevance of Himalayan Buddhist culture, philosophy and traditional learning in today’s world. His encouraging words inspired students to pursue higher education with patience, dedication and a positive mindset.
The dignitaries also visited and inspected various facilities including the Vasubandhu Library, Boys’ Hostel, Prayer Hall, new classrooms with Smart Boards, ongoing construction works and the future campus. With a very supportive and developmental outlook, they gave valuable guidance and necessary directions for further improvement, renovation and timely completion of the projects.
In a truly inclusive gesture, the officials held separate, patient interactions with both regular and contractual teaching staff and non-teaching staff, listening empathetically to their concerns and assuring them of a supportive environment.
Later, the delegation held a coordination meeting with the *Deputy Commissioner, Bomdila; Superintendent of Police, Bomdila; and Additional Deputy Commissioner, Singchung*, for strengthening institutional support and monitoring of infrastructure development.
The visit concluded on a highly positive, encouraging and memorable note. The kind, approachable and motivational presence of the senior officials has immensely uplifted the morale of students, faculty and staff, and infused fresh energy and optimism towards the academic, administrative and infrastructural advancement of CIHCS.
