Day 2 activities (07.02.2024) of the second-year Architecture students from Batch 2022-27 (42 students) during their rural study at Anathandapuram near Mayiladuthurai included various tasks. While one group of students conducted household surveys, another group focused on documenting the indigenous knowledge system present in the settlement, particularly in the form of vernacular architecture. This involved thorough recording of building types and materials using sketches and photographs.
