Goethe-Zentrum Trivandrum, in association with Banner Film Society, successfully hosted the special screening of Sophie Scholl – The Final Days at White Rose (Goethe Amphitheatre), Trivandrum. Based on the true story of a young student who stood fearlessly against oppression, the film left a deep emotional impact on the audience with its moving portrayal of courage, conviction, and humanity.

The screening created a space for thoughtful engagement and reminded us how cinema can continue to inspire across generations. The evening brought together film lovers, students, and members of the community for an engaging cultural experience filled with reflection and conversation. Students of Goethe-Zentrum came together to create the Vishu Kani, filling the space with happiness, laughter, and festive spirit. From arranging each element with excitement to enjoying the moment together, it was a celebration of tradition, togetherness, and new beginnings.
