Objectives
• Establish a world-class center of excellence that imparts international quality training in advanced skill sets to nurses
• Enhance employability and equip nurses to meet the criteria required by prospective employers, both national and international
• Promote professional development of nurses to enhance their leadership qualities and improve their career opportunities
• Create a

framework for nursing recruitment, retention, career coaching and ongoing education through industry academia partnerships Facilitate direct recruitments for foreign recruitment agencies, government and hospitals globally
• Liaise with various hospitals and recruiters to identify the demand, required skill sets, accreditation requirements and policy guidelines and provide placements
• Assist certified nurses to understand immigration and visa requirements and provide assistance in relocation
