th centres across Kerala. There are around 50 study centres in Kerala with each centre having an enrollment of approximately 50 students. NAPT has drawn a plan for major expansion for a pan India foot print. The main objective of NAPT is to impart training to candidates who wish to join Armed forces, Police forces and other Private security forces. The training provided by NAPT will instill candidate’s sufficient knowledge and skill to qualify both the written examination and physical test conducted by various armed forces. Day by day, the modern world seems to be more and more insecure and we nowadays come to hear about the most inhumane acts of human beings. Degradation of moral values is happening at alarming pace. In this contest re-moulding a person into a true self-disciplined individual capable of taking up the challenges of life is the need of the hour. NAPT is entrusted with this assignment, which it is ready to accomplish with utmost earnestness. A 10th pass can just walk in to our institution. The candidates who get admitted here will be put under a 3 months’ intense training in a disciplined atmosphere. Initially about 100 centres with well-equipped infrastructure will be opened in Kerala alone. In a phased manner, similar centres will start functioning in other states also. The curriculum will give equal importance to theory and practical which includes physical training. Experts from various branches of knowledge will teach them and train them. The candidates’ communication skill, leadership quality, camaraderie, discipline and patriotism will be given a phenomenal boost. Their minor defects that could cost them their winning chances during the tests (physical/theoretical) or interviews will be detected and effectively and systematically corrected. So, by completing the course, they will find themselves armed with knowledge, requisite physical quality and self-confidence to confront defence service exams or interviews. Path of success
While undergoing the training in NAPT, a substantial growth in IQ, better knowledge of the world around and development of personality will be extra bonus. Thus having passed out from this institution, they will always have an edge over others during exam times and later while facing different needs of life. When the corporate world is yet to recover from the fallouts of economic downturn, job uncertainty is a factor that stares the employed sect in the face. And job aspirants, for want of proper guidance, find themselves groping in the dark; more pitiable is the state of affairs of the unemployed coming from backward classes of society. NAPT aims at identifying the issues that hinder the progress of a citizen and hamper his employability.
