Bridging the Gap: Empowering Our Youth for the Future

"A lot of our students going abroad is an issue that we are facing today" — Roji M. John, MLA.

In an insightful address at Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Roji M. John highlighted a critical challenge facing our educational ecosystem today: the brain drain as young talents seek opportunities overseas. 🎓

While Kerala boasts top-tier educational institutions, the key challenge lies in closing the gap between academic preparation and industry needs. Retaining our talent is not a task that happens overnight, but by aligning curriculum with modern market requirements, we can unlock unprecedented employment opportunities right here at home.

Together, through strategic collaboration between educational institutions, industry leaders, and policy frameworks, we can create a thriving environment where young minds flourish and lead the future!

🎓 Learn. Lead. Serve.
