Concrete Recycling:
Its an increasingly common way of using the concrete that usually goes to waste from a demolition site or from cubes cast in labs.
These concrete aggregates are put through a crushing machine for grinding purposes, The only prerequisite being that the concrete must be free of trash, wood, paper and other such materials. This makes it a perfect way to use tons of cubes thrown away each year in concrete labs!

Uses:
>Smaller pieces of concrete are used in sub-base gravel, that is laid down as the lowest layer in a road

>Larger Pieces can be used for erosion control

>If well-graded quality can be achieved at crushing, these can be used as a substitute for landscaping stone.

>Wire gabions (cages), can be filled with crushed concrete and stacked together to provide economical retaining walls!!
