E-Cell, NIT-Trichy is a strong energetic team established for fostering the spirit of Entrepreneurs

24/09/2026

You don't walk in with an idea. You walk in with nothing and walk out with a company.

What you get is random. What you build is entirely up to you.

Over one chaotic evening, your startup will be tested, challenged, and pushed to survive things you won't see coming. Alliances will form. Some will break. Only a few will make it to the end still standing.

By the time it's over, you'll have built a company from scratch and you'll have to defend it.

This isn't a pitch competition. This is a startup, compressed into one night of pure chaos.

You don't need an idea. You need instinct.

Every big idea starts with a small step.

From a small-town dream to building one of India’s most recognised hospitality brands, Ritesh Agarwal’s journey with OYO is a reminder that entrepreneurship is not about waiting for the perfect opportunity, it’s about creating one.

He dropped out of college at 19 and started OYO after seeing how hard it was to find a clean, affordable hotel room while backpacking across India.

Dream beyond your circumstances. 🚀
Small town to a global brand the journey begins with an idea.

What's one small idea you've been sitting on?
